Participatory Design Workshops

I have led participatory design workshops in a variety of industries, to involve users in the design decisions on systems that they will work with in the future. For example, working with line pilots on decision aids on the flight deck, I was able to capitalise on their knowledge of the aircraft and procedures whilst also addressing Human Factors constraints and concerns.
